The XCD 135mm f/2.8 is a short telephoto lens designed for portrait, landscape, and detail photography within the Hasselblad X System. Offering a 135mm focal length, equivalent to approximately 107mm in full-frame terms, it delivers flattering compression and shallow depth of field ideal for portraiture and distant subjects.
Included with the lens is the dedicated X Converter 1.7x, extending the focal length to 230mm (178mm equivalent) while maintaining autofocus performance and optical quality. This combination provides greater reach and versatility for tighter compositions and distant subjects.
Like other XCD lenses, the XCD 135mm f/2.8 features an integrated central lens shutter, enabling flash synchronisation at all speeds up to 1/2000s. A minimum focusing distance of approximately 1 metre allows close-range shooting, while the included tripod mount ring improves balance and stability when working with the teleconverter.
